However, a well-crafted business plan is an extremely useful tool that can be used to attract investors, secure funding, and guide decision-making, ensuring that the business is well-positioned for growth and profitability. The business plan is a comprehensive document that outlines the goals, strategies, and operations of a business. It serves as a roadmap for the organization, providing a clear vision of its purpose, target market, products or services, competitive analysis, and marketing strategies. A complete business plan should also include financial projections, budgeting, and key performance indicators to measure progress and success. While the business strategy can be thought of as defining the “what” and “why” of the business, the business plan adds the “how”.

Our approach to helping you build or revise your business plan is similar to that of the strategic plan. We will run workshops with all of the key stakeholders, using the strategic plan as a starting point and discussing in detail how the strategy should be executed and what financial and human resources will be required.
